(in no particular order!)
1. my fave bands - i shan't list them cos we'll be here all day and you certainly don't want that do you?!
2. my fender 12 string guitar - *going into a homer-like stupor* mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
3. goran ivanisevic - recent wimbledon champion. what a character!
4. aftershock - yum! the chaser - available in blue or red - that turns your tongue its respective colour and burns your mouth. not many people seem to like it. i must be a freak then!
5. button moon - long gone and long pined-over low-budget children's tv show. the "stunning" effects of using a piece of string to make the caked bean tin rocket fly through "velvet sky" mesmerised kids all over britain and will be greatly missed!
6. shaggy - no, not that bleedin' rapper with the ridiculous voice, but the scooby doo cartoon character. shaggy is the coolest. just check out that hair and those flares!
7. steve cradock of ocean colour scene - when i met him i wanted to marry him! he's so tiny! what a top bloke.
8. scooter - not those ones that can't decide whether they're a scooter or a motorbike, but proper scooters. lamberttas and vespas being the best, of course ;)
9. chocolate buttons - do i need a reason, dammit?!
10. shakespeare' macbeth - the best shakespeare play i've read. the roman polanksi adaptation is top too. check it out for a glimpse of pre-adolescent gameshow superstar, keith chegwin!
11. terry wogan - i'm sure no-one'll agree with me, but i'm sorry, he's the man. he makes the eurovision song contest bearable!
12. beetles - *the* best cars about. the old ones are the best, they have more character and you can hear them approaching from about 3,000 miles away! the new beetles are far more inferior, but they're growing on me.
13. julian barnes - i've read about 8 of his novels. get your hands on "a history of the world in 10 1/2 chapters." i'm sure you'll be forever in my debt when you realise how fab it is!
14. the simpsons - any sane person will agree with me!
15. anoraks - cool and practical, though sadly misunderstood!
16. the order of bands list you get at festivals that you can wear around your neck - i salute whoever invented the things!
